I take a collaborative and evidence-based approach to special education, and Section 504 of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) working closely with families and educators to develop individualized plans that are tailored to each child's unique needs and strengths. I use a variety of strategies and techniques to support student success in academic and social-emotional learning. I am constantly evaluating and improving methods to ensure that I am providing the most effective support possible to students and their families. In addition, I also provide training/professional development and other education consultant services for schools.
